Our mission is to design and build custom, innovative, and high-quality prefabricated buildings to deliver peace of mind and enrich communities.
WHO WE ARE
We are a design, build, and installation firm of prefabricated public restrooms and buildings for parks and public spaces. Using modular construction, we can add on storage, offices, showers, concessions, and more to any restroom or building. We are driven to design and build architecturally pleasing, safer, cleaner, odor-free, vandal-resistant, and longer-lasting public restrooms.
An independent family business owned and managed by Chad Kaufman and Katie Kaufman-Sherin. After many years working under their late father and company founder, Chuck Kaufman, they took control of the business in 2019 and continue the PRC legacy today. Chuck was a public restroom industry front-runner who was always looking to develop innovative ways to build better restrooms and he did exactly that. Over the years, Chuck and the PRC Team introduced new design ideas to help reduce vandalism, continually improved the quality of components installed in each building until they were the best in the market, and developed a proprietary concrete additive that makes our buildings’ concrete floors and walls water resistant, non-staining, and odor-free. He made a number of progressive changes to the standard public restroom building that made PRC buildings truly stand out.
Beyond public restrooms, our design library has grown over the years to include plans for: showers, storage, concession stands, scorekeeper booths, laundry rooms, and so much more. With an industry-leading warranty of 20 years structural and 5 years for parts, we stand behind our quality and finished product. The end goal has always been to build better places to go and we are committed to do just that.

ORGANIZATIONS WE ARE PROUD TO BE PART OF
The National Recreation & Parks Association (NRPA) Business Council brings together representatives from companies across the industry with the purpose of exploring issues and deploying solutions to improve Parks and Recreation as a whole. The council fosters networking and collaboration that strengthens relationships between park and recreation professionals and their business sector allies. This leads to greater innovation, quicker response to new challenges, and greater efficiencies for essential service providers in the field.
