The Sand Harbor Beach project located in Incline Village, NV shows Public Restroom Company’s Sports Park Series SP-044-CE-DF model features four single-occupant concrete block restrooms that include: four (4) flush toilets and four (4) sinks that will accommodate up to 180 users per hour. This unisex restroom design includes four ADA code compliant stalls with built-in proprietary vandal resistant components. This building was customized with a covered entrance and exterior drinking fountains along the front.
The SP-044 restroom standard design easily allows for the additions of: drinking fountains, bottle fillers, a dog washing station, or covered entry. Like our traditional designs, it utilizes natural ventilation and is easily maintained with non-absorbent concrete floors and concrete block walls. It works well in areas such as: sports complexes, beaches, marinas, and hiking trails.
